There is a lot of due diligence that goes on behind the scenes, before a law firm joins our Network. That’s how we know you’ll be well looked after throughout your property transaction

In the event that your transaction doesn’t complete we offer a No Completion, No Fee guarantee with clear terms and guidelines.

The Fix My Legals Process

Phase #1
Our promise is to find you a solicitor, based on their reputation, your personal circumstances, the transaction type situation, and their expertise needed. Once we have as much information as possible, we promise to provide you with a competitive quotation. It will also include a full breakdown of fees, third party (known as disbursements) and any government fees, such as Stamp Duty that might be applicable.
Phase #2
We will always provide a comprehensive and transparent quotation, with no hidden fees, so you are fully aware of what financials are needed and are equipped with all of the information required upfront. Our aim is to avoid any additional fees on Completion.
Phase #3
We shall then “match” your transaction, based on all the information you have provided, with the most suitable law firm on the market who are able to take this on. We promise to deliver a high level of service, expertise and communication throughout.
Phase #4
The dedicated conveyancer we introduce will always be independent, and selected to provide the expert advice you need. Rest assured, we are whole of market when it comes to mortgages too, so we will always ensure the dedicated conveyancer is able to represent you.If for any reason this ever changes, we have full coverage to reallocate this to another one of our dedicated firms, for no additional cost.
